Ingredients for Stuffed Baked Roti Recipe

  • Rotis (left over) 4

  • Cheese grated 1 cup

  • Chilli sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Potato bhaji (leftover) 1 cup

  • Milk 3/4 cups

  • Tomato ketchup 4 teaspoons

  • Spring onion greens finely chopped few stalks

Method

Step 1

Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 200 ˚C. Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens.

Step 3

Place the roti rolls on it. Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Lastly sprinkle the remaining spring onion greens.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ˚C for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
