Ingredients for Strawberry Pancake Recipe

  • Strawberries half of them crushed 30-35

  • Wholewheat flour 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence a few drops

  • Egg 1

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 1 tablespoons


Step 1

Combine whole wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix well. Add vanilla essence and crushed strawberries and mix well.

Step 2

Break egg into it and whisk well. Add honey and whisk again.

Step 3

Chop the remaining strawberries and put into a bowl. Add castor sugar and mix and chill in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. When the butter melts, pour a ladleful of batter rotate the pan to spread evenly. Cook till the underside is done. Flip it and cook till the other side is done. Make more pancakes similarly.

Step 5

Remove the strawberry bowl from refrigerator and mix well.

Step 6

Place each pancake on a serving dish and serve immediately with the sweetened strawberries.
