Ingredients for Sprouted Moong Salad Recipe

  • Sprouted Moong steamed 1 cup

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato chopped 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Mix together sprouted moong, onion, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice and roasted cumin powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Chill and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
