Ingredients for Spaghetti Veg Bolognaise Recipe

  • Spaghetti 1 packet

  • Soya granules 2 cups

  • Vegetable bolognaise sauce 1 bottle (340 gm)

  • Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns fresh 1/2 teaspoon

  • Parmesan cheese or Processed cheese grated 1/2 cup


Step 1

Boil plenty of water in a deep non stick pan, add spaghetti and boil till al dente.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan.

Step 3

Add soya granules and sauté for 2 minutes. Add vegetable bolognaise sauce and 1 cup water and mix.

Step 4

Add salt and freshly crushed peppercorns and mix. Cook till the soya granules are done.

Step 5

When the spaghetti is done lift it from the water and add to the sauce. Add remaining extra virgin olive oil and mix well.

Step 6

Transfer into a serving plate, sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese (or processed cheese) and serve hot.
