Ingredients for Soya Nugget Do Piaza Recipe

  • Soya Nuggets soaked 1

  • Shallots 15-20 medium

  • Onions 3 medium

  • Oil 4 tablespoons

  • Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • bhuna masala 130 grams

  • Fresh coriander leaves a few spri

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat 2 tbsps oil in each of 2 non-stick pans. Halve onions and cut each half into 4 pieces.

Step 2

Add shallots to one pan, cover and cook.

Step 3

Add the onion pieces to the 2nd pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute till lightly coloured.

Step 4

Add soya nuggets, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Add bhuna masala and 2 tbsps water and mix. Add salt.

Step 5

Chop coriander leaves and add. Mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and mix.

Step 6

Transfer into a serving dish. Put the shallots on top and serve hot.
