Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms Recipe

  • Tofu grated 2 cups

  • Button Mushrooms sliced 2 cloves

  • Baby onions 3-4

  • Button mushrooms 8-10

  • Fresh red chillies sliced 3-4

  • Green chillies sliced 2

  • Spring onions sliced 2

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Tomato,chopped 1 medium

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Oil 1 1/2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, baby onions and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and toss.

Step 2

Add fresh red chillies, green chillies and continue to Add spring onions with chopped greens and continue to sauté.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté. Add grated tofu, garam masala powder and black salt and mix gently.

Step 4

Add tomato and coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with bread or toast.
