Sattu aur Mawa Laddoo

Ingredients for Sattu aur Mawa Laddoo Recipe

  • Sattu 1 1/2 cups

  • Mawa (khoya) 1 cup

  • Ghee 3 tablespoons

  • Almonds chopped 1/4 cup

  • Pistachios chopped 1/4 cup

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds, pistachios and sattu, mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add jaggery and mawa, mix and cook till the jaggery melts. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off heat and mix again. Transfer in a bowl and cool.

Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
