Ingredients for Saeb Ka Dolma Recipe

  • Green apples 4

  • Sponge cake 100 grams

  • Cashewnuts roughly chopped 15

  • Almonds roughly chopped 8-10

  • Pistachios roughly chopped 10-12

  • Brown sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Rooh Afza 6 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 160°C. Slice the top of the apples and scoop out the flesh. Finely chop the flesh and place it in a bowl. Crumble sponge cake and add to the bowl.

Step 2

Add cashewnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, brown sugar and butter and mix. Add 4 tbsps Rooh afza and mix well.

Step 3

Arrange the apples on a baking dish. Stuff the prepared mixture into the apples. Drizzle the remaining Rooh afza over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and serve.
