Ingredients for Roasted Pears With Balsamic Vinegar Recipe

  • Pear 3

  • Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons

  • Olive oil 3 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 100 grams


Step 1

Preheat an oven to 200ºC/400°F. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet. Quarter the pears and core them. Arrange them, cut side facing down, on the tray. Drizzle a little olive oil, sprinkle a little salt, balsamic vinegar, crushed black peppercorns and honey all over them.

Step 2

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and roast till pears are just soft but do not overcook. The pears should retain their shape. Break paneer into small pieces. Once the pears are done, arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle paneer over them, drizzle the juices left in the tray and serve immediately.
