Ingredients for Quinoa Chicken Nuggets Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into 1½-2 inch pieces 250 grams

  • Quinoa cooked ¾ cup

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Refined flour (maida) 5 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Egg 2


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

Step 2

Take flour, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix.

Step 3

Break eggs in another bowl and whisk. Take quinoa in a third bowl.

Step 4

Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, coat with flour mixture and dip again in egg mixture. Finally coat the pieces with quinoa.

Step 5

Deep-fry these chicken pieces in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 6

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
