Ingredients for Quick Rice Paper Rolls With Spinach Recipe

  • Spinach leaves (palak) medium

  • Rice paper sheets 6-8

  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons

  • Thai red curry paste 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Chicken mince 1 cup

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Honey 1 teaspoon

  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1 minute

Step 2

Add chicken mince and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey and mix well.Dip rice paper sheets in water and shake off extra water and place on a worktop.

Step 3

Place 7-8 spinach leaves on it and place a spoonful of chicken mixture on one side and spread. Top with bean sprouts and roll it. Trim the edges and cut into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
