Ingredients for Pistachio Coconut Cookies Recipe

  • Pistachios powdered 2 cups

  • Desiccated coconut ½ cup

  • Powdered sugar ¾ cup

  • Egg white 1


Step 1

Take pistachio, powdered sugar and coconut in a bowl and mix. Add egg white and whisk well with an electric beater.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into small equal portions, shape them into small cakes and place them on the lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat.

Step 4

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
