Ingredients for Pista Doodh Recipe

  • Pistachios blanched and peeled 1 1/2 cups

  • Milk 5 cups

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 2 teaspoons


Step 1

Grind one cup pista to a coarse paste with a little milk. Sliver the remaining pistachios.

Step 2

Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till it reduces slightly. Add pista puree to the milk and cook till it thickens some more.

Step 3

Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add green cardamom powder and mix.
