These sweet delicious oval shaped mithais are made by sautéing gram flour, whole wheat flour, semolina and urad dal in plenty of ghee till it is well browned and fragrant. Then mixed with dried fruits and sugar syrup and shaped in to pinnis. A long and slow process- but well worth the effort.
