Ingredients for Perfect Omelette Recipe

  • Eggs 6

  • Onions

  • Onions 2 medium

  • Green chillies 2

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Grated cheese tablespoons


Step 1

Chop onions and green chillies. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well but do not over beat.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Add half the onions and sauté till soft. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute.Add eggs, stir lightly and spread it over the entire pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cheese.

Step 3

Fold in the edges and give the omelette a crescent shape. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned.
