Ingredients for Paprika Chicken Skewers Recipe

  • Boneless chicken legs, cut into 1 inch pieces 400 grams

  • Paprika smoked 2 teaspoons

  • Olive oil ¼ cup

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh parsley chopped 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh thyme 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste


Step 1

Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for two hours.

Step 2

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto eight satay sticks.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place the sticks and grill, basting with the left over marinade, till evenly golden and the chicken is cooked.

Step 4

Serve hot.
