Ingredients for Papdi No Lot Recipe

  • Refined Flour 100 grams

  • Sesame seeds a pinch

  • Oil 2 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Green chilli paste 1 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Sesame seeds (til) 1 teaspoon

  • Water 200 millilitres

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 50 grams


Step 1

Heat oil in a heavy bottom handi. Add cumin seeds, green chilli paste, salt, sesame seeds and water. Bring it to boil.

Step 2

Add rice flour, soda bi carbonate and stir vigorously so that the lumps are not formed. Reduce the heat and cook stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens, remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle little oil on top and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
