Ingredients for Paneer Moilee Recipe

  • Paneer 500 grams

  • Coconut Milk

  • Onions 2 medium

  • Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 10-15

  • Ginger paste 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoons

  • Green chillies slit 3

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Coconut milk 1 1/2 cups

Method

Step 1

Slice onions. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions and saute till onions soften. Cut cottage cheese into big pieces.

Step 2

Add ginger paste and garlic paste to the pan and continue to saute. Add green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, salt, coconut milk and cottage cheese pieces and mix well and let everything get heated through. Serve hot with steamed rice.
