Ingredients for Paneer Bhare Papad Recipe

  • Moong Dal Papad 4

  • Paneer (if frying) to deep fry

  • FOR FILLING

  • Paneer (cottage cheese),grated 1/2 cup

  • Green chillies,finely chopped 2

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Green capsicum finely chopped 1 medium

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Halve the papads. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together. Roast the papads, one piece at a time. While they are still hot, roll to make half inch diameter cylinders.

Step 2

Spoon in the filling carefully and serve immediately. Alternatively apply little milk or water to the whole papad, put the mixture on one side and roll cylindrically. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry papads in hot oil.

Step 3

Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve immediately.
