Ingredients for Olive and Chilli Cheese Recipe

  • Black Olives Pitted pitted 32-36

  • Green Olives Pitted pitted 8-10

  • Thai sweet chilli sauce 4 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cheese spread 3-4 tablespoonss + 1/2 cup

  • Salty biscuits 16-18

  • Green capsicum 1/4 medium


Step 1

Cut green olives into thin strips. Cut green capsicum into thin strips and halve them.

Step 2

Fill piping bag with ½ cup cheese spread and keep in the refrigerator till chilled.

Step 3

Place 3-4 tbsps cheese spread in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add Thai sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Add red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 4

Place the biscuits on a serving platter. Remove the piping bag from the refrigerator and pipe out cheese spread on top of the biscuits. Place 2 black olives on each biscuit, place green olive strips on some biscuits and capsicum strips on the remaining biscuits, pour cheese-chilli mixture on top and serve immediately.
