Noodle Cutlet

Ingredients for Noodle Cutlet Recipe

  • Noodles boiled 200 grams

  • Milk 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Oil for shallow frying


Step 1

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add refined flour and sauté.

Step 2

Add milk and whisk well till it thickens.

Step 3

Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well.

Step 4

Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5

Grease an aluminium burfi tray and pour the mixture into it and spread.

Step 6

Refrigerate for half an hour and then cut into squares.

Step 7

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets on it and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.

Step 8

Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
