Ingredients for Masala Anda Omelette Recipe

  • Egg 4

  • Mixed Spices 2 tablespoons

  • Onions 2 medium

  • Tomato chopped 1 medium

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Green chillies finely chopped 1-2

  • Bread slices toasted 4


Step 1

Finely chop onions. Heat 1½ tbsps oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add coriander powder, ¾ tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, half the coriander leaves, green chillies and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Beat eggs in a bowl and add to the pan. Drizzle remaining oil all around and cook on low heat till well set.

Step 4

Fold the omelette, cut into four equal pieces.

Step 5

Garnish with remaining coriander leaves and remaining red chilli powder and serve with toasted bread.
