Ingredients for Malai Sandwiches Recipe

  • Bread Slices 8

  • Fresh Malai 1 1/2 cup

  • Onion thinly sliced 1 large

  • Green chillies 2-3

  • Few leaves of fresh coriander

  • Butter 100 grams


Step 1

Take malai in a large bowl mix it properly so that it becomes smooth. Add sliced onion

Step 2

Make paste of green chillies and coriander.

Step 3

Add the paste to malai.Mix properly.

Step 4

Spread butter on one side of each bread and place the mixture on the bread.

Step 5

Cover one bread with another with its butter side up.

Step 6

Place it in sandwich maker. In five minutes the sandwiches are ready to serve with any chutneys or ketchup.
