Ingredients for Lemon Chilli Prawn Stick Recipe

  • Prawns peeled and deveined 20 large

  • Lemon Juice

  • Garlic crushed 2 cloves

  • Ginger grated 1/2 inch piece

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Mix garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.

Step 2

Add prawns and toss in the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.

Step 3

Thread each prawn on a skewer.

Step 4

Preheat grill. Grill prawns for three minutes or until they turn pink or till they lose their transparency.

Step 5

Serve hot.
