Ingredients for Kachumber Salad Recipe

  • Mixed Vegetables 1

  • Lemon Juice

  • Cucumber 1

  • Onion 1

  • Green capsicum 1

  • Carrot 1

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • White radish 1/2

  • Green chillies 2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Wash and cut tomatoes into half inch dices.

Step 2

Wash, peel and cut cucumber and carrots into half inch dices. Wash and peel

Step 3

onions and radish and cut into dices.

Step 4

Wash, deseed capsicum and cut into half inch dices.

Step 5

Wash and chop the green chillies.

Step 6

Clean, wash and chop the coriander leaves.

Step 7

Mix all the vegetables.

Step 8

Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.

Step 9

Toss well.

Step 10

Arrange in a salad bowl and serve cold.
