Italian Hot Fudge Sundae

Ingredients for Italian Hot Fudge Sundae Recipe

  • Mixed Ice Creams 4 scoops

  • Dark Chocolate 4 scoops

  • Chocolate Icecream 4 scoops

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Instant coffee powder 2 teaspoons

  • Almonds chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Cashewnuts chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Walnuts chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Brownies chocolate 4 slice


Step 1

Heat butter in a non stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir till it melts completely.

Step 2

Take the pan off the heat, add condensed milk and mix well. Add 1 tsp instant coffee powder and mix.

Step 3

Mix 1 tsp instant coffee powder in ¼ cup water and heat in microwave for 10 seconds. Add this to the chocolate and mix well. Heat the sauce slightly.

Step 4

Place 1 scoop each of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream in serving bowl for each portion. Sprinkle some of the chopped almonds, cashewnuts and walnuts over them.

Step 5

Crumble some chocolate brownie over the nuts, drizzle hot fudge over, sprinkle remaining nuts and serve immediately.
