Ingredients for Healthy Mango Frozen Yogurt Recipe

  • Mango puree 1 cup

  • Oats ½ cup

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Blend together oats, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mango puree and few ice cubes into a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Transfer into an air-tight container, cover and set in the freezer for 7-8 hours.

Step 3

Scoop out and serve garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
