Ingredients for Grilled Daily Sandwich - Grill Pan Recipe

  • Brown bread slices 8

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 4 slices

  • Onion cut into round slices 1 medium

  • Cucumber cut into round slices 1 medium

  • Tomatoes cut into round slices 2 medium

  • Green capsicum cut into thin strips 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Cheese slices optional 4

  • Coriander and mint chutney 4 tablespoons

  • Tomato ketchup 4 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Arrange paneer, onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum slices on four bread slices.

Step 2

Sprinkle salt and chaat masala over them. Top with a cheese slice.

Step 3

Apply one tablespoon green chutney on each of the remaining four slices.

Step 4

Top it with one tablespoon of tomato ketchup.

Step 5

Place these slices over the cheese slices with the chutney side facing down.

Step 6

Press lightly. Heat the Grill Pan, place a sandwich in it and grill, turning sides, till both sides are golden. Serve hot.
