Ingredients for Green Beans Stir Fry Recipe

  • French Beans 12-15

  • Carrots 2 tablespoons

  • Carrot 1 medium

  • Button mushrooms 5-6

  • Water chestnuts halved canned 1/4 cup

  • Black bean sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Bean sprouts 1/3 cup

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Cut beans into 1 inch pieces and add. Slice carrot and mushrooms and add. Toss on high heat. Sprinkle a little water.

Step 2

Add water chestnuts and mix well. Add black bean sauce and crushed red chillies. Toss again and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add chilli sauce and mix. Add bean sprouts and adjust salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
