Ingredients for Fruity Cream Recipe

  • Double Cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Apple 1 large

  • Bananas 2

  • Grapes 1 small bunch

  • Cashewnuts 5-6

  • Oranges 2

  • Strawberry crush 2 tablespoons

  • Black peppercorns 8-10


Step 1

Chill cream and place over a bowl of ice. Whip till stiff adding sugar while whipping.

Step 2

Place in refrigerator. Wash, peel and chop apple. Peel and chop bananas. Wash, drain and halve grapes.

Step 3

Chop cashewnuts. Peel oranges into segments and remove covering and pith from each segment. Keep flakes aside.

Step 4

Mash orange flakes slightly with hand and fold into the cream.

Step 5

Fold in chopped fruits and strawberry crush.

Step 6

Serve in individual glass bowls and sprinkle with chopped cashewnuts.
