Ingredients for Fritata Recipe

  • Eggs 4

  • Spinach Leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Mushrooms 6

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Spinach leaves (palak) 10-12

  • Broccoli blanched 6-8 florets

  • Black olives 4


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.Break eggs into a bowl and beat. Add salt and pepper powder and mix. Halve onion and then cut into thick slices. Quarter mushrooms.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion and sauté. Chop spinach roughly. Chop broccoli. Add mushroom and broccoli to the pan. Slice olives.

Step 3

Add spinach leaves to the pan and mix. Pour eggs into the pan. Arrange the olive slices on top and keep the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot.
