Ingredients for Fried Cheese Balls Recipe

  • Refined Flour 1 cup

  • Processed Cheese grated 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Blend cheese, refined flour, salt, pepper powder, baking powder to a smooth and thick batter with sufficient water.

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadai.

Step 3

Drop a spoonful of mixture in oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown in colour.

Step 4

Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
