Ingredients for Fresh and Nutritious Juice Recipe

  • Apples 2 medium

  • Orange segments cut into thick strips 8-9 medium

  • Orange segments 15-18

  • Beetroots peeled and quartered 2-3 medium

  • Ginger halved 1 inch

  • Fresh mint leaves 8-10


Step 1

Quarter apples.

Step 2

Pass carrots, orange segments, beetroots, ginger, apples and mint leaves through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.

Step 3

Pour the juice into 8 shot glasses and serve.
