Ingredients for Flourless Pistachio Cookies Recipe

  • Pistachio powder ½ cup

  • Powdered sugar ¾ cup

  • Desiccated coconut ½ cup

  • Egg white 1


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet.

Step 2

Mix together the powdered pistachios, powdered sugar, coconut and egg white in a bowl. Refrigerate for two hours.

Step 3

Scoop out the mixture into twelve equal portions and place them on the lined tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Step 4

Serve or store in an airtight container.
