Ingredients for Fish In Foil Recipe

  • Rawas 200 grams each 4

  • Ginger sliced 2 inch piece

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Whole dry red chillies crushed 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Aluminium foil 4 sheet


Step 1

Keep two sheets one top of the other, halve and seal the two open sides, keeping the third side open. Similarly make another envelope.

Step 2

Take ginger in a bowl. Add sea salt, lemon juice and fish fillets. Mix. Add crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix.

Step 3

Add oil and mix.
