Ingredients for English Rasmallai Recipe

  • Readymade Rasmalai 8 pieces

  • Whipping Cream 500 grams

  • Powdered sugar 150 grams

  • Hazelnut chocolate 150 grams

  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon

  • Icing sugar 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks are formed.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate on double boiler. Allow to come to room temperature stirring continuously. Fold the chocolate in cream.

Step 3

Grease a cake tin with olive oil. Sprinkle icing sugar and coat the tin completely. Dust off excess sugar.

Step 4

Pour some chocolate mixture in the tin and spread evenly. Place the rasmalais on top.

Step 5

Repeat this until all the mixture and rasmalais are used up.

Step 6

Refrigerate for one hour.

Step 7

Cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
