Ingredients for Eggless Strawberry Mousse Recipe

  • Strawberries chopped 8-10

  • Fresh Cream 8-10

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup


Step 1

Put the whole strawberries in a mixer jar and grind to a puree.

Step 2

Pour fresh cream in a non-stick pan and heat on medium heat. Pour the hot cream into a bowl with white chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts and blends with cream.

Step 3

Add the strawberry puree and half the chopped strawberries and mix well.

Step 4

Divide the remaining chopped strawberries into 4 stemmed glasses. Pour the cream-chocolate mixture over them and let them cool down to room temperature.

Step 5

Garnish each glass with a halved strawberries on the rim. Keep the glasses in the refrigerator to set.

Step 6

Serve chilled.
