Ingredients for Egg White Omelette Recipe

  • Eggs 12

  • Onion 2 medium

  • Tomato 2 medium

  • Ginger 2 inch piece

  • Green chilli 4

  • Button mushrooms 4

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli pepper 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 8 tablespoons


Step 1

For each omelette break 3 eggs and separate the whites and yolks and put into separate bowls.

Step 2

Blend ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 1 button mushroom, 3 egg whites, salt and red chilli powder well.

Step 3

Heat 2 tsps oil in a non stick pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat, till set.

Step 4

Loosen the edges, fold into half, flip and cook till golden.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
