Ingredients for Egg Platter Recipe

  • Eggs 6

  • Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat four cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add five eggs and hard boil them for ten minutes. Remove the eggs and peel them. Cut them into half.

Step 2

Separate the egg white and yolk of the remaining egg.

Step 3

Dip the eggs in the egg whiteHeat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip the boiled eggs in egg white and then cook the eggs for a minute.

Step 4

Put them in a serving plate. Sprinkle chaat masala, onion and coriander leaves on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
