Ingredients for Corn And Cheese Dosa Recipe

  • Dosa batter 2 cups

  • American corn kernels

  • Oil 4 tablespoons

  • Potato bhaji 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required

  • Onions sliced 2 medium

  • American corn kernels boiled 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat a dosa tawa, season with oil and wipe with a wet cloth.

Step 2

Pour ladleful of batter on the tawa and spread in circular motion to make a dosa.

Step 3

Drizzle oil all around and cook for a minute. Put potato bhaji on one side of the dosa. Top it with mozzarella cheese, onion and corn.

Step 4

Fold the other side over and press lightly.

Step 5

Serve hot.
