Cinnamon Balls

Ingredients for Cinnamon Balls Recipe

  • Cinnamon Powder 1 teaspoon

  • Refined Flour 1 cup + for greasing

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons

  • Refined flour 2 cups

  • Cornflakes crushed 2 cups

  • Walnuts finely chopped 1 cup

  • Castor sugar 1 1/2 cups


Step 1

In a bowl; mix together butter, sugar and vanilla essence using a hand blender. Whisk till smooth.

Step 2

In another bowl sieve flour, cinnamon powder. Add crushed cornflakes and walnuts to it and mix well. Add to the butter mixture and mix to prepare soft dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.

Step 4

Place the balls on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for twenty minutes.

Step 5

Remove when baked and immediately roll them in castor sugar and serve.
