Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Sauce Recipe

  • Dried Red Chillies 20

  • Garlic 8 cloves

  • Vinegar 8 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Sesame oil (til oil) 1 1/2 tablespoons


Step 1

Blend together red chillies, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt to a fine paste in a mixer. Add oil and blend well. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
