Ingredients for Chilli Fish with Crushed Potatoes Recipe

  • Boneless Fish cut into 1 inch cubes 400 grams

  • Potatoes boiled and peeled 5-6 medium

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Cherry tomatoes halved 10-15

  • Green olives pitted 10-15

  • Black olives pitted 10-15

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Chilli oil 2 tablespoons

  • Brown bread slices 2

  • Fresh parsley A little

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3-4 tablespoons

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste


Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add cherry tomatoes, green olives, black olives and mix. Place fish cubes in a bowl, sprinkle sea salt, lemon juice, chilli oil and mix. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Tear bread slices and put in a mixer jar, add parsley and crush. Add sea salt to the pan. Crush potatoes and add. Heat another non stick pan, place the fish cubes in it, cover and cook.

Step 3

Add the crushed bread-parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.

Step 4

Turn the fish cubes and let them cook on the other side. Transfer the potato mixture onto a serving bowl. Place the fish cubes over and serve hot.
