Ingredients for Chilgoza Paneer Recipe

  • Pinenuts 200 grams

  • Cottage Cheese 400 grams

  • Chaat masala as required

  • Black pepper powder as required

  • Pickle masala as required

  • Salted butter a few

  • Fresh parsley a few

Method

Step 1

Cut paneer into ½ inch thick round slices and then into small roundels with a cookie cutter.

Step 2

Prick pine nuts all around the outer edge of the roundels.

Step 3

Sprinkle chaat masala and pepper powder.

Step 4

Spread a thin layer of pickle masala on salty biscuits and place a paneer roundel on each of them.

Step 5

Place a small parsley leaf on top and serve immediately.
