Ingredients for Chicken fry Recipe

  • Chicken on the bone cut into 1 cm pieces 250 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic chopped 4 cloves

  • Yogurt 1 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Green chillies slit 3

  • Tomato chopped 1 small

  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 10-12

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 10-12

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • MSG 1/4 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Rub salt on the chicken and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together ginger paste, garlic, yogurt, soya sauce, green chillies, tomato,mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, MSG and oil.

Step 3

Add the chicken and mix well and set aside for two hours.

Step 4

Add the chicken pieces in a non-stick deep pan and saute for a minute.

Step 5

Cover the pan and cook till the chicken gets cooked.

Step 6

Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
