Ingredients for Chicken Fajita Pasta Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into thin strips 250 grams

  • Pasta farfalle, boiled 2 cups

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Onion cut into thin roundels and layers separated 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Dried oregano 1 teaspoon

  • Red capsicum cut into thin strips ¼ medium

  • yellow capsicum cut into thin strips ¼ medium

  • Red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add salt and mix. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add cumin powder, oregano, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, chili sauce and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves and fajita spice mix and mix well. Add pasta, mix and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot.
