Ingredients for Cheesy Pita Triangles Recipe

  • Mozzarella Cheese grated 2 cups

  • Pita Breads cut into triangles 4

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic finely chopped 8-10 cloves

  • Fresh basil leaves finely chopped 8-10

  • Oregano chopped 4-5 sprigs

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix butter, garlic, basil leaves, oregano, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in a bowl.

Step 2

Place the pita triangles on a baking tray and spread the cheese-herb mixture evenly on all of them.

Step 3

Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes or till crisp. Serve hot.
