Ingredients for Cheese and Pistachio Truffles Recipe

  • Cream cheese 2 tablespoons

  • Feta cheese 2 tablespoons

  • Pistachios chopped for coating

  • Biscuits cracker 12-15

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Rosemary chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) grated ½ cup


Step 1

Coarsely grind cracker biscuits in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Take cream cheese in another bowl. Add feta cheese, salt, chilli flakes, rosemary and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cottage cheese and ground biscuits and mix well.

Step 3

Divide the cheese mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.

Step 4

Coat each ball with pistachios and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
