Ingredients for Cheese and Olive Sandwich Recipe

  • Processed cheese grated 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese cubes 2 teaspoons

  • Pitted Green Olives sliced 1 cup

  • White bread slices 8 slices

  • Extra virgin olive oil for brushing

  • Parsley finely chopped 4-6 tablespoons


Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place bread slices on baking tray. Brush with oil and place in oven bake for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Mix olives, processed cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, mozzarella cheese cubes, green olives and parsley in a bowl.

Step 3

Remove tray from oven. Flip slices and spread a spoonful of cheese-olive mixture evenly on 4 slices. Cover with remaining slices and place tray again in oven, bake till cheese melts and bread is crisp and golden. Cut into rectangles and serve immediately.
