Ingredients for Cashewnut Butter Toast Recipe

  • Broken Cashewnuts 1/2 cup

  • Multigrain Bread Slices 8

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Roast cashewnuts in an air fryer at 120º C for 5-7 minutes till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and cool down to room temperature.

Step 2

Toast bread slices in the air fryer at 180º C for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

To make cashewnut butter, put cashewnuts in a grinder jar, add 2 tbsps water, vanilla essence and honey and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer into a bowl.

Step 4

Spread the cashewnut butter on the toasts, halve them and arrange on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
